Here's to you, Auffenberg of Carbondale!! I'm SO happy your sales department sold me a "bumper to bumper" extended warranty that doesn't actually cover ANYTHING that has gone wrong with the vehicle. I also wanted to say Thank You for letting me sit in the waiting room for close to 3 hrs for NO reason. If anybody wants to get lied to and essentially throw their money down the drain.....this is the place for you to purchase a vehicle. ������
My Dad and I bought vehicles from Scott Grob not once but TWICE within two years. What a relief to work with an honest salesperson who worked incredibly hard to meet my elderly Dad's specific needs. He is the exception rather than the rule... A model of integrity.
Bought an SUV from them and 3 months later water was leaking in from the sunroof or top of windshield, which I understand, things happen. But the worst part is the manager refused to do anything but tell me to bring it to their service department. After spending $20,000+ on a car you think he could at least have it fixed for free. After the service dept checked it out they concluded the drain needed unclogged for $120+ AND DID SO WITHOUT CALLING ME OR MY WIFE TO ASK IF IT WAS OK TO DO SO.
