The collision center, specifically Nick Q., repaired my car in an efficient and timely manner and even cleaned the inside and outside when they were done! Super friendly and were completely honest with what needed to get done. Environmentally friendly too with the Recond of my bumper. Thank you for repairing my car to look even better than it did before! 10/10 although I would come here again, I just hope not under the same circumstances �
I bought a dodge avenger from them. The heater core plugged up. Less than 1 week after I bought the car. Service department said that's common with them cars. Auffenburg wanted 900 to fix it. Said they would go half. Amazon wanted 100 for a heater core an said it 4 hours or so to fix it. So basicly I was basicly paying for it all. After a 2 hour fight finally got them to use the extended warranty I bought with 100 deductible. Never buy any from these crooks. I'm staying with weeks in West frankfort.

Price quote for oil change and tire rotation should not have added labor charge on bill. Had to pay for unquoted labor even after complaint. Will not use dealership again.

I had a fantastic experience leasing a car from Auffenberg and working with Aaron VanVooren - I went in not really knowing what I wanted and he was patient, not pushy. Helped me work out financing and I test drive a few models to make sure I really got what I wanted. Would absolutely recommend this dealership and staff. Five stars!
