We will NEVER go to them again. Royally screwed (sorry could not think of a better word) my grandson. From a few days in we / he kept telling them there was an issue with the vehicle he bought. They kept denying it.....until the warranty was up, Then they decided to fix it for $3500 more! NO AUFFENBERG EVER!!!!
Very had to deal with and not mentioning any names but the salesmen we went through was very unorganized and after a month of purchasing won't not leave me and my father alone on information we had already giving him 2 different times and threats of taking back the truck I got... sorry but Will not being doing business with them anymore.
They were very difficult to work with, not willing to come down off their overly priced vehicle. Changed the price to be higher than original. Seemed like they didn't even want our business so we will be taking it elsewhere and definitely not buying anything from them.
We just bought a new Yukon Denali from Scott Grob. We live in southern Florida and found the dealership online. We flew up to Illinois to pick up the vehicle so there was a lot details that had to be sorted out. Scott was super helpful, kind, and transparent. He went above and beyond to make sure the process went smooth and worry free. He even picked us up from the airport in Marion. Scott Grob ROCKS! I highly recommend him. Great guy.
Don't buy anything from Scott Grob. Once you purchase a vehicle then you are ignored by him. I spent 60k on a new truck and then can't get him or the management to return your calls. Very unprofessional dealership. Parts department can't order the right parts and then do nothing to make it right. Don't buy here!!!! They make promises before your purchase and then break them once they have your money. I live 2 1/2 hrs away and can't get any returned calls. Big disappointment for my first new car purchase of my life
