Spoke with internet salesman on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Told him that I was going to come look at the car on Friday and to let me know if the car sells before then. Drove two hours to the dealership and in the process texted sales to let him know I would be there in an hour, received response "great". Arrived at the dealership and was told the car was sold. Wasted 4 hours plus gas on a vacation day only to find out car was sold.
Super helpful and nice, went above and beyond to get us the payment we needed. No pressure and was very laid back.
I was glad to to business with these folks although I have not taken delivery.

I expressed interest in the vehicle, but stated that according to all pricing reviews, it was greatly over priced. I made an offer, and it was rejected. I, in turn, asked for a bottom line price quote before I would make the 7 hour trip to the dealer to see the car. They never responded. I have no problem paying market value, but the listed price is higher than any 2013 SL on the market by a huge amount. Market prices are between $38,000-$48,000. This car is listed at nearly $59,000.

I had two issues with an extended warranty that I purchased through them and still have a problem with a vehicle. Spoke to the financial manager who I asked to have the general manager call me. Three weeks later no phone calls. Made 5 more phone calls to the finance manager and still no phone calls. Finally called the general manager and left a message. my wife and I purchased a vehicle. all of our personal information has been emailed to the wrong address of a random person out of state. they were made aware of the issue. and continue to email our very personal information to complete strangers. and now will not answer or return calls to fix this. I recommend shopping elsewhere instead of this very unprofessional dealership.
