Tried to purchase a hub cab for my NV200 service truck. Walk up to Parts Window. Six guys sitting around at island behind glass. one guy in glasses and beard finally gets off stoll to come to window. Say I need this hub cap for my NV200. He says I cannot look anything up in system without the last 8 digits of your VIN number. No offer of customer service.
