I have brought in our Altima a number of times for the Auto Butler service. I know it takes a bit of time. They generally tell me three hours, like today, so I plan accordingly. Well, now I am at 4 1/2 hours and am getting more than irritated. Their vending machines are a joke, so I walked over to Home Depot to buy some cashews as I was starting to feel queasy. Everyone working here is very nice and apologetic, but I just want my car back.
John made it easy to lease a new car. He was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends!
