service department is horrible. Took my car in for service. came out with problems. If course they say its nothing they did!!! They were suppose to replace a piece of trim on the car and broke it!!!!! Wow. Needless to say. I went back to my own mechanic. jeez!!!!!
RecommendedBought my last car from them a year ago while attending nursing school... decided it was time for a brand new one as a graduation/bday gift to myself. Went this past week and upgraded to a 2019 rogue. Absolutely LOVE it! Service was great!! I will DEFINITELY be back to see Dustin for an upgrade again :)

Service department dented my running boards and then denied it happened there. I won’t go back to the service center or to buy a car. I will discourage my family from going there as well. In the last 4 years we have bought 5 cars from them. Sad to see customer service means nothing. *update* I took my truck back to have the oil they spilled all over but they felt the need to neglect it.
We initially only dealt with the service department for our Nissan Pathfinder and they always took care of us. There were never any surprises when it came time to pay for maintenance. So when it came time for a new vehicle we naturally wanted to see what the dealer side of Auffenberg could do for us. Needless to say we weren't disappointed. Dustin was there with us every step of the way.
