After buying two vehicles from here and having an extended warranty issue they do not return calls or pick up the phone. I am so disappointed in their behavior I would suggest not buying a vehicle from here at all. They sure are quick to call you back and answer phones during the buying process but when you need help after purchase they completely ignore you.
I just purchased a car for my daughter through Sutherlin Nissan. Our salesperson, Marco, was amazing. He genuinely seemed to try and get us the best deal possible, and we are super happy with our experience.

STOP! Review every paper being handed to you during the signing process. I specifically told Felipe I didn't want their protection plan, and at some period during the E signing, I gave them $2,650 for a coverage I was told was their company policy. I was exhausted from travel and my work schedule, and allowed myself to be taken advantage of unknowingly. There is also an $800 plus page I signed that I don't recall. If I could give less than a 1 star rating, I certainly would. I purchased a vehicle from them two years ago. The vehicle died and I had to replace it. Since it is only 2 years from the purchase date, the dealership owes me the monies left over on my premium. I have repeatedly tried to reach someone in the finance department to get my money back and they have been blowing me off since December. No return phone calls, despite promises to do so.
