I want to thank Phil again at Auffenburg Nissan in O'Fallon. He went above and beyond my expectations. I use a walker to get around. Plus today when I was there I had to let him know that I had an eye Doctor appointment. He made sure I was out of there on time and pulled my vehicle into the area outside the waiting room so I didn't have far to walk!! Appreciate his kindness. He is in the service department. I was there for an oil change.
Had to get service done and I could not have gotten better service anywhere else. It was fast, timely, and I had the nicest staff member Travis who helped me every step of the way! Couldn't thank him enough!

I just purchased my 3rd Altima first 2 were leases. This was by far the best experience I had, Derek Thomas was fantastic. We (my 2yr old and myself) were out within few hours. Derek was fabulous with my kiddo keeping him entertained during the paper signing and just the waiting. Those are the actions that count. Thanks to all there on Thursday and making great experience.
