We just went to Auffenburg Nissan on 01/12/2017 and purchased a 2017 Nissan Sentra! Marcus Costa was our sales rep and he worked very hard to get us the car we wanted!!!! He was very easy to work with and made sure he met our needs!!! We left in the car we wanted thanks to him! We highly recommend Mr. Costa if you are in need of a new vehicle!!!!
Auffenberg Nissan always does an excellent job servicing my Altima.
The last experience with Auffenberg wasn't the greatest. This time around we dealt with Dustin Schildknecht. I would highly recommend him as he made the car buying experience easy. He went out of his way to help the customer. When we needed answers Dustin went above and beyond to get us the information we needed. If you want a smooth car buying experience, I would highly recommend Dustin!
We were visiting friends in Highland when our Rouge started acting up. Being 300 miles from home we didn't want to chance a breakdown on the interstate so we looked up the closest Nissan dealer, which was Auffenberg, and drove over. The people there were so nice and accommodating, they took our car in, figured out the issue explained it throughly to us and made the repairs. We would have been sunk without them. I have bought several cars and normally the process is miserable. I have bought several cars from Dustin Schildknecht and would never deal with anyone else to make the car buying experience smooth and pleasurable. His attention to detail is immaculate and always has the customer in mind. If you want your car buying experience to go well, I would suggest you go see Dustin!
