We bought our third Nissan Altima from John Hollenkamp last Sat. We obviously love our Altima's. John is absolutely one of the best salesman we have worked with. He is professional and fun at the same time. He worked with us to get us the best trade in and price on our new Altima. He always makes us feel like family everytime we come in! The service dept. at Auffenberg as always been on top of everything. Auffenberg also offers military and veterans a discount in sales and service.
This is the third car I've purchased from Auffenber Nissan. Much thanks to John Hollenkamp and the staff on my recent purchase. During my visit, they quoted what my monthly payments would be, which I was happy with. Twenty minutes later the finance guy came in and had a better offer and quote for me. I couldn't have been more please since they went the extra mile to get me an even better deal! I can't speak highly enough of the awesome customer service.
I called ahead and asked if they'd be interested in buying my Nissan Xterra, told them the milage and all info. They told me yes, so I drove 40 minutes there. When I got there, I didn't get to speak with the manager like they said. Then they told me they had 2 other Xterras on the lot with less miles so they wouldn't offer anything for my car. I'm wouldn't have been upset with them if they would have saved me over an hour of driving and told me they weren't interested to begin with.
Overall, I am pleased with the vehicle. I do agree with another reviewer about too many fees that are not explained upfront. I am doubtful that I will return. I got low balled on my trade in. My fault. I should have walked. And as the other reviewer mentioned, my payment is higher than I expected. I'll keep this for a while now since I have to. Fast, friendly... no pressure to do more than necessary, but given a thorough explanation of the services that should be done for the car. I agreed to it, it was done within 30 mins. And they even washed the exterior!
On my way home to North Canton, OH my hood came unlatched and wouldn't close.... they got me home!
I love going to Auffenberg Nissan to get my car serviced. All the service advisors are great. My service advisor on Wednesday was Justin & he was friendly & courteous and got my car in & out quickly with great prices. Thank you!
