Friendly staff and doc. Arrived early, waited less than 5 minutes and was in and out in under 20 minutes. Dr Rappold is super friendly and caring.
I was able to ask questions, I left knowing more about why it's so important to come in for routine cleanings; they do what brushing and flossing can't.
Dr. Tom was excellent, he put me at ease, explained everything and was very professional and gentle. He is fantastic!
The service I received from all the staff was excellent
Clearly the best part of the appointment was when Dr. Rappold walked into my exam in a Phillies jersey! Everyone at the practice was enthusiastic and kind, and I feel like I understand exactly what's happening with my mouth. After 4 years without dental benefits I was a little scared, but was quickly put at ease. Thanks!

There was almost no waiting and everyone was super helpful and friendly! The office was lovely, too!
Other than not starting at 8 when my appt was, the experience was fine. Although Asking me if I need a toothbrush or floss is not the same as asking me if I would like them. Sometimes it seems like folks are trying to show they are nice without being genuine. Mostly though it is a very nice place that I continue to come to.
