Note: the new receptionist charged me a co-pay for my last visit with Dr. Tom which was in January. I was taken aback b/c I had not been consulted at that time about x-rays that weren't covered by my insurance. I was also never billed by that so I am not fully confident that the new receptionist knew what she was talking about and did the right thing.
Kelly or Kary or Carrie (?) did an excellent job cleaning my teeth; she was pleasant. I would like more feedback on how I'm doing with my teeth, but she did respond thoughtfully when asked that question.

I like receiving gifts at the end of the session.
