This was far and away the most professional dentists' office I've ever used. It's honestly rare that I've had an appointment with a healthcare professional in any field who didn't seem in a rush to get to the next patient (maybe through no fault of their own - just the nature of the business). Dr. Rappold took the time to explain all options for any dental procedures I may need without seeming rushed at all, and all other employees I interacted with were equally helpful and thorough. Dr. Rappold did an excellent job of discussing my options in dealing with my condition. He really instilled a sense of confidence in being under his care.
Everyone is always so friendly and kind! Going to the dentist is fun and enjoyable
Dr. Kristopher is a great dentist! He takes the time to explain everything and does so in a down to earth manner that I've never experienced from a dentist before.
Everyone was very courteous and professional. I was attended right away and all of my questions were answered.
The cleaning was almost pain free which is not true of most dentists. The staff was very courteous and each part of the cleaning and examination was explained thoroughly to me.
Dr. Rappold was amazing. He listened to me and I was very happy with his service. I wish I could afford to be his regular client.
