My appointment was handled efficiently, and all of the staff were friendly and competent. I will definitely continue using Audubon Dental.
My favorite part was that Dr Rappold made it "pain free"!!! Cordelia is a gem! And Carrie is great too!! And the lovely young woman who manages all the insurance is a total wizard, she majored in insurance!!! The best peeps to be with in a dental situation for sure!!! XO Pia
I particularly was pleased with my new experience with Leslie.
The oral cleaning experience was well done. Both, assistant and hygenist, were friendly and professional. Dr. Tom went over my x-rays and explained my recommended treatment plan. This was my first visit and I now have an appointment for October 15 to start working on recommended treatment plan.
The staff was friendly and I was seen right away. Dr. Rappold took the time to go through my x-rays with me and answer all of my questions and concerns. This was definitely the most pleasant dentist visit I've had in a long time.
Number One: Seeing me on time (and you did!) Dr Tom always explains everything very clearly
Carrie was excellent and Dr Tom was very professional as always!!
