I have just started using Audiology Services and feel like they really want to help with my issue.
RecommendedMy visit was very professional and enjoyable. Dr. Parker was very kind and explained everything that he was doing in great detail. I will be going back and would highly recommend them to anybody.
After trying 3 new batteries, I took my mom’s hearing aid to be checked yesterday because it wasn’t working. I was surprised and pleased that they could take a look at it while I waited. I was surprised and NOT pleased when it was brought back to me in 5 minutes. That was when I learned that I apparently have a bad batch of batteries because placing a new one in the hearing aid was all that was needed. I was charged $30!! I went to see Dr Parker at Audiology Services of Chattanooga to get a new hearing test and to find out if I need a new hearing aid(s). I had heard great things about Dr. Parker, Cheryl, and the rest of staff. I was not disappointed! They are all very knowledgeable, caring and efficient. It turned out that with a little adjustment, my current hearing aids are good for me. However, since they take insurance and deal with the brand aids it pays for, when I do need new aids I am definitely going back to Dr. Parker and his staff.... read more
