All Checkered Flag Dealerships including Audi of Virginia Beach, have their service departments routed to one main number who then transfers you to the service department you were trying to get initially. When doing so, you can't just get directed to the service department, they attempt to direct you to one individual who is handling your repair. The valet (DC) and technician who helped me (Jordan) went above and beyond when I stopped in to check my low coolant after my car got splashed during the rain storm. DC went and got a technician (Jordan) to come and look. I appreciate the time they took to give me advice and top off the fluids. Top to bottom, great experience working with Steve! I currently live out of town and when my mom found this car I def thought I’d miss the chance to see it, let alone buy it, but Steve made it all possible. He stayed in communication and was patient so I didn’t feel stressed or pressed to get down there and see the car.
