The sales people were very nice, helpful and informative but we were very underwhelmed with the look of the used cars shown to us. Just not “show ready”. Not clean inside, crumbs in the shifter area, the “wax” job on the outside was terrible (the car was a mess- I would never show it looking like that) And pet hair still all over the car. I would’ve been embarrassed. Just not how I’d want to buy a car. Looked like no one had even washed it yet....but the overpowering air freshener I guess was evidence it had been “detailed”

Dealer was slow to provide information, almost like they were trying to hide something about the vehicle. Management was emailed regarding the issue but never responded.
