Purchased a 2021 Charger it was delivered with one defective key fob. Engine shut down while driving due to fob loss of communication. License plate fell of while driving screws they used to small to secure it. Car has two odd codes for own circuits on fog lamps. Passenger headlight has a: short innit. Been waiting five weeks for permanent registration but MV D said the car is still in their name not mine! Temp registration runs out in one week. Very incompetent people working there. Terrible service
took my truck by doing things illegally i was expected to pay the truck and they took away illegally
They have the worst sales staff ever. Do not buy there. I walk in the door with more knowledge than the majority of their staff combined.
I gave a **** dollar deposit to them, waited a year for my special order 2020 Carrera S to arrive.When it arrived they blew up the transmission on a test drive before I took delivery.I was minutes behind the technician when he pulled it into the shop with a cabin full of tire smoke, hot rear tire rubber and a check engine light on because they blew up the transmission doing burnouts and neutral drops. Avoid. They violated my consumer rights and are withholding my vehicles which were paid in full. See you in court.
Be VERY careful with this dealership. There is no honesty from its sales floor all the way up to management. Lying is in their DNA. When challenged, they will lie and stack lie upon lie. When confronted with documented truths, they shut down. ***, *****, *****, and ***** are simply dishonest. People like this are why car salesman and dealerships are only surpassed by members of congress as the least trustworthy. And BBB was of absolutely no help. They always side with the business.
Horrible they sold me a lemon that with a broken transmission and blamed me that I broke it the whole time the car never ran I never got to drive it I had to file bankruptcy to clear my name these guys will lie to you and sell you broken cars they should not be in buisness
