I was pleasantly surprised by the treatment I received at Audi Reading. I told them I wasnt ready to buy at that time, yet they still let me take out the car I was interested in and put it through its paces. They also gave me a lot of information on the vehicle and others like it. I hope I can work with them when I am ready to buy, which thankfully will be soon.

Nicholas responded immediately and was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend the Reading VW dealership!!
They were quick to respond and the sales person was good to deal with. Their pricing was averaged (based off kbb) but they did not do anything to set them apart from the average dealer. One example of how they could have improved would be to fill my tank up when I purchase the vehicle. They only filled it up 3/4 of a tank. I realize I purchased a truck but I spent over $35,000 and they couldn’t spend the extra $20 to fill up my truck. They did inspect my vehicle which was nice but one of the tires is nearly bald.
