We got our windshield replaced here and it was a disaster from beginning to end. First they didn’t have a loaner car, so my husband got to drive a pick up truck from enterprise. Then, after two days we get the car back and notice that there is black glue all over the windshield and ceiling interior and the mirror was all messed up. We take it back to make sure that it was installed right and get it cleaned up. We went in looking for a Q7 and came home with a beautiful Q8 (What my husband really wanted but thought it was out of reach). Thank you Audi Reading for making it happen!
I didn’t end up purchasing from them but these guys could teach other dealers about customer service! Next time I’m in the market they will be the first place I check. They went above and beyond for me, accommodating my schedule and trying to find the vehicle I wanted. They were no nonsense and didn’t try to play the games other dealerships do. I was actually sad to not purchase from them because of how great they were.
