I rang Audi reading up last week and put an offer in on a car. I was told someone would get back to me which they never did. I went to another dealership and purchased an Audi and there customer service isn’t much better. Thing Audi needs to do some serious customer service training for the staff.

I purchased my 2019 A6 Premium Plus from Audi Reading in Dec 2019. It was the smoothest transaction I ever experienced. I needed a specific A6 with the "individual contour seating package" (very few were available). We got our windshield replaced here and it was a disaster from beginning to end. First they didn’t have a loaner car, so my husband got to drive a pick up truck from enterprise. Then, after two days we get the car back and notice that there is black glue all over the windshield and ceiling interior and the mirror was all messed up. We take it back to make sure that it was installed right and get it cleaned up.
