tried buying a suv went all the way down friday night dumb luck brake line broke, ok was told they would fix it. Had an appt. Sat. at 1. another phone call going to fix other break line can we come at 3. sure. around 2:30 phone call another problem. won't be done today, oh and we are gonna raise the price another $1000.00 dollars are you serious???!!! sorry very unprofessional. Thanks for wasting 2 of my days
Was compelled to write a review based upon my experience at the dealership. I have driven Audis for 25 years and had them serviced at many dealers in eastern PA. I have never encountered a better service manager than Sal at Reading. He knows the product, conducts his business professionally and efficiently, and takes pride in customer service. I always felt that Audi made the best product now I have found people who support it.
