I was impressed with the Sales Team. We schedule an appointment to look at a car and the Sales Rep Ivan Lai called us before we arrived to tell us the car was already sold. He didn't have to do that. But, because he did, I gave him an opportunity to sell us another car and he found us a better deal. Wow! top notch service!

I have migrated from B.H. Audi to Rusnak mainly because of the impossible commute times from Los Feliz to the BH location. Jared is my "Service Sales Advisor" (I guess that's the title du jour). Just want to commend him for saying what he would do, and doing what he said. All my comments about the A6 were taken seriously and address. Any replacement parts were installed promptly and the my car returned ahead of schedule.
