I was very impressed with Courtney in the service department of Rusnak Pasadena Maserati yesterday. I was dreading dropping my car off for my annual service and I came away thrilled with the responsive and professional manner in which Courtney handled my situation. Rusnak is lucky to have such an exceptional employee. She called me with updates and had the car completed before the estimated time. Great job!
My experience was nothing but fantastic!! Omega Chambers was very pleasant to work with in the process of my purchase from start to finish. I was never pressured or in any way hounded by the sales rep as I took a few days to make my decision. Best car buying experience thus far. I would recommend Rusnak/Pasadena Audi to anyone.

Don't even bother. They called us to renew our A7 lease early. They said we can give you the same car (new model) for zero down same payment. After 3 wasted hours (yes, 3) with two little kids in tow they "couldn't find our exactly Model so it was going to conveniently be double our down payment and $150/mo! Why did hey even call and tell us to come in??? My whole family and I have ALWAYS driven Lexus and now I know why. Longo Lexus still has the best service and sales in the area. NO bullshit from them.
