They're out to get your money at all cost. Lies and dishonesty throughout the sale process. Then tried to return a defective $50k car just to be forced to buy another car we didn't need. Their priorities are making money at any cost, not customer satisfaction. And not once were we approached by senior management to address the issue. Stay away as far away as possible - plenty other places to by an Audi from!
Horrible dealer in all departments. I have purchased from many other dealers as well as Audi Santa Monica and never have seen sales and service this bad at all. Audi’s are nice but save yourself the hassle and use a different dealer

RecommendedFirst Class Dealership, they bend over backwards to make customers happy. Feel very safe to buy from this dealer including used cars which are meticulously checked and serviced. Big shout out to Ivan Lai for a true gentleman's treatment, thank you !
Unorganized unprofessional dealership
A lease that only allows up to 7000 miles a year is not a great deal. That's a deal breaker.

I had strolled in this location with my sister earlier this afternoon in hopes to escalate her opinion of the new AudiQ5 as I very much adore this model. I was disappointed and disturbed to see a woman I had remembered from my hometown in Texas working behind a desk. Very concerning to say the least. I whispered in her ear that I felt uncomfortable even doing business at this location with that woman there.
