Jenny Blatty and I have been Audi USA customers for over 10 years. When Oliver was born we got the Q5 because it had great safety ratings. Since then it’s had 5 recalls, and the latest one, which apparently is a fire risk, cannot be fixed until November because Audi doesn’t have the part.
