Great experience My experience with the deal ships and sales representatives was very good. The price could of been a bit more negotiable but all in all was a very good experience
Wonderful Experience The team is top notch. From the sales to finance team, the level of customer service was wonderful. Steve Pass and John Conway are extremely knowledgeable about the product and brand. I was on the fence about switching brands and almost did but it was the people and experience at Audi North Shore that kept me with the brand and dealership. I highly recommend if you are in the market for a new car.

Disappointed The sale person Steve Pass was very educated and helpful in any way possible - he made our visit in the dealership very, very pleasant. We are sincerely thankful to Steve. Our disappointment came from his financial manager, because he was not willing to negotiate with us and bring the price down with $200.
