Will never ever use their service facility again… Long story short… Sent my daughter out the door with a flat tire... included service record said all tires were pressurized including the spare… Which was also flat when put on....thankfully I was nearby and had a portable tire inflator in my vehicle... Or she would've been stranded..
Audi Rep was very knowledgeable and site manager was respectful and helpful in closing our purchase.
So far, we absolutely love our new Audi e-tron! The buying process was quick, easy, and enjoyable. The staff (especially Jeffrey) made everything stress-free, low pressure and really took care of us. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a smooth car-buying experience!
