Our initial experience here was great. Steve was a friendly, kind salesman. Here's the problem, we were offered 1.99% financing on a car we hadn't looked at as we were walking out the door. We told them we'd think on it. Two days later we tried to negotiate price. They stood extremely firm, but knocked $200 off a $32k car. In the meantime, I searched for national Audi incentives.
