Just got two cars in the last six months. The main reason is the prices are very compeitive and the attitude of J Jones and his team is second to none. I am in the service industry and really respect when Scott S and his team go the extra mile. Great team
Several things wrong with car in the first few weeks and gm would not return my call after 3 voicemails and email from him asking how my experience was, Had his finance guy call me. Car. Only had 25k miles on it and cop, bought 2 Audie in the last 3 years and will never buy from them again.
I bought a used car here that only had 3000 miles on it and was represented as nearly new. It was however in rough condition for such a new car including scratches, wheel damage, etc. Problems could have been avoided had the dealer disclosed the damage in advance or simply had it fixed. They chose the low road instead and did neither. After tarveling 800 miles to pick up the car, they had me over a barrel and they knew it. The bill to correct everything was almost $600.
