From the moment we entered North Shore Audi, we were greeted in a very friendly manner, directed to a salesman, Steve Pass, who demonstrated patience and humor while he explained the nuances of the Audi. It was the combination of Steve's expertise and the relaxed atmosphere of the dealership which was conducive for our purchase four hours later. Also, his care that we understood the technology and his followups were impressive.

This has been the most pleasant experience I've had in buying a new car. Paul Sklba is an excellent salesman, very knowledgeable about Audi's of all types, and very personalble. I was extremely impressed with Audi NorthShore and Paul Sklba. I went in comparing the Audi A6 with another vehicle and he showed me the car without being pushy and understanding that I was still looking. Once I decided I wanted the Audi, Paul and his General Manager worked to find me the car exactly as I wanted. I never expected to get the color and features I wanted, but they found it. steve Pass is an excellent, personal, and knowledgeable salesman. It was a true pleasure to work with him, and I would recommend him to absolutely anyone! This is my first Audi, the A5. In addition to fantastic looks, the handling and performance are incredible. The voice-activated Navigation System is very easy to use.I have owed Mercedes, BMW, and Lexus in the past, and not one compares to the Audi. I'm VERY happy with this purchase.
