RecommendedBought a used A6 from out of state. Sight unseen from a sales man named Joe. He was a great communicator and very detailed in the representation of the car. Making sure I knew exactly what I was getting. He went above and beyond my expectations by coming in on his day off and also throwing in some extras, Free shipping, wheels resurfaced, and a extra key fob, He's a man of his word. RecommendedPurchased a used 2017 A6 there about 18 months ago. Have always had great experience with service and transparency with maintenance. Recently I had a blown tire from some road construction and they were able to replace and perform my maintenance (that was due the following month) at the same time within a few hours. Saved me a trip and a lot of hassle. Also, provides loaners for free when you schedule in advance. Great job.
Current exprenience on the Car: 1) During NOV please read my expereience. Audi Milwaukee repaired my car after below incident saying only tire should be replaced. But after I came to Huston from Milwaukee I saw light on my dashboard. 2) Took to sugar show room they told there is failure near back wheel and I need to spen 1500 USD. 3) my question to Audi Milwaukee or Audi customer care is will Audi Milwaukee will pay 1500 for imporper inverstigation or Adui MFG will pay....Continue Reading

He will lie & give you false info just complete a sale. Then when you return deny things that he said & try to argue with you. DO NOT DEAL WITH SAM SHAKRA !!!!!!!!
