Unfortunately I had horrible experience with Audi Milwaukee and will never recommend anyone to buy from there. The splash shield to my pre-owned Audi was zip tied to the car. I found this out a month after I bought the car because the whole splash shield fell off. When I brought the car back to be repaired Audi Milwaukee would not repair/replace it without charging me the full amount. Jacob Ebben is an very personable guy! I felt like i have know jacob for years, when in reality, it was the first time meeting him. Jacob’s follow up skills are on point! We inquired about a vehicle on line and drove over from Janesville the next day. Joey Quattro was already waiting for us with the vehicle we were interested in ....but a vehicle in the showroom caught our eye and he immediately arranged to have it removed from the showroom for us to test drive. My lease was up on my BMW X3. My past 3 vehicles were BMW’s but decided to give Audi a chance after a few family & friends recommended them. I was greeted by a salesperson named Joe. He was very knowledgeable and super personable. He took the time to explain every benefit and feature that related to my lifestyle. I was sold on how smooth and well built my Q5 felt and decided to go Audi. The process from the greeting, test drive, etc was a easy process. I definitely recommend Joe Gil and Audi Milwaukee!
I went in to look at a car that was actually sold hours before I got there. Luckily, Joe was right there to sit down and take his time with me to find a better car that fit my liking. Joe knew what he was talking about and was very good at communicating with me in the process. Would definitely recommend Joe and Audi Milwaukee to anyone.
