I was referred to Hiley Automotive From an **** dealer who did not service vehicles. I spoke with **** ***** who walked me through the process. He sent video of the diagnostic and called me about the services needed. I provided the extended warranty information showing a specific service was covered aside from the services which werent covered. **** never turned in my warranty request. From communication to gathering our paperwork so we can leave back from out of town ON TIME ! we would definitely drive far again for ******* service we are very pleased ! Beware of buying an extended warranty from this dealer. The salesman/financial lied about my warranty just to sell me a $3000 bumper to bumper warranty to 100,000 miles, that isnt actually bumper to bumper. The daytime running light went out on my Atlas, 70k miles. After contacting the dealership to diagnose it they told me that the warranty company refused to cover the replacement. I called the warranty company, Optimus, and they told me that the warranty IS NOT bumper to bumper like I was told when I bought the car! They s... read more
