Me and dad went to Audi Huntsville to pick up his a8 between jobs and when we got there we paid the service guy and another sales man went and got his car for him and when we went outside to get it the guy ask us was this our car and dad said yes and the guy looked at dad and said your joking with me this ain't your car and dad said yes it is sir and the guy started laughing again at him and dad said give me my keys so we can go and the guy walked off with dads keys laughing then finally dad had to get the point across that ... read more

I specifically appreciate his patience (with my many questions), responsiveness (immediate, detailed, and on-point), and helpful spirit (came in on a Sunday - his wedding anniversary at that - to accommodate my schedule)!
