Great until you need assistance. Called about what oil I needed for my Q5 (oil light came on 5,000 kilometres early!) and was told to look in the manual. Very helpful - NOT!
Poor service No updates given to customers. Dont go to audi halifax .
The team is incredibly professional and kind. I truly appreciate how much they care about their customers in the small, thoughtful gestures as well. They offered me water while I waited and even provided a free ride to and from home, which made the whole experience much more convenient and comfortable. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days
