Purchased a car from Audi of Fairfield,CT. The service was great until I needed to have a few issues resolved, which where caused by their lack of organization and customer service. Extremely disappointed. This is what I always thought it would be like buying a car, but hoped it would never happen. #Buyerbeware
A great staff, complimented by a spotless service area, parts department and guest waiting area, makes Audi of Fairfield a sure bet. My car is returned expertly repaired and washed.
