Ok Service Bought my first car here. Great buying experience and service during warrantee. You fall off their radar immediately after your service contract is up. Overall recommended, but just be ready to buy another car or go elsewhere once your contract is up.
Best Customer Service Ever from the moment i walk in i was greeted in a friendly manner....then offered a beverage...wow..a salesperson then greeted me again and went to get me my car for test drive...then i was also greeted by the Sales Manager...i must say these people was prompt and patient and was absolutely wonderful to deal with. All transaction from walk in to my spot delivery was easy as pie...very impressive..these guys have renewed my trust in car dealerships...anyone who wants an Audi should check these guys out

I’ve been a loyal Audi fan for many years. Currently I have an S4 which is alot of fun to drive. Audi Fairfield has consistently exceeded my expectations. All of their representatives are very accommodating, honest, professional and always a pleasure to deal with. ❤️Audi❤️

Not only do I looove my Quattro 3 but service was fabulous, pain free, easy to book, polite, clean, had loaner. I couldn’t ask for more. I would definitely recommend Audi of Fairfield

My wife and I went to test drive a CPO Q5 at this dealership over a week ago however could not agree on price. I contacted my sales rep (Frank) yesterday to see if Audi Fairfield would be willing to come down on their price since the CPO Q5 was still available. We negotiated via email for a couple of hours and thought we had a deal however he then asked if I was going to finance the CPO Q5 and I informed him I was going to put money down and use their attractive 1.99% rate.
