HONOR THEIR PROMOTIONS, DO WHAT THEY PROMISE
I should probably go to Vegas because according to my sales guy at Audi Fairfield, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car when he sold it to me. I mean what are the odds of a perfectly good car ("fully checked over and inspected")starting to not only leak oil but also coolant within one week after buying it, astronomical. I beat those odds. On top that what are the odds that the warranty I purchased with the car doesn't cover any of it. Beat those odds too. Yeah, do not buy a car here.
Lets start with why I had to find out myself when my car was finished at the shop, why I was sent to the crap car rental place to get a car, but yet people behind me all got cars from your dealership. You guys need to talk to your guy Chris cause all he seems to car about is trying to make money off of me when all I did was come in for a recall. I never asked for my for my car to have a look over. Just the recall to get done. I am also pissed I had to wait till 5 to get my car back because I was not driving that unsafe death... read more
They don't stand by their repairs. They gave us back a car that was in worse shape than when we brought it in! AND THEY TRIED TO COVER IT UP !! I filed a complaint with the state and Better Business Bureau.

My visit and shopping experience with Audi Fairfield was great. Salesman Michael Belanger was extremely helpful, kinda, patient and knowledgable. I thoroughly enjoyed the car buying experience because of his non-salesman approach and courtesy. At no point did I feel like I was dealing with a salesman, but rather a friendly acquaintance. I'd recommend any and all people to visit Audi of Fairfield and, more importantly, ask for Mike.
I visited a number of dealerships in the area but Audi of Fairfield is by far the most competitive and customer friendly. A big thanks to Frank for helping me out with a successful purchase this weekend.
As always a great experience at Audi of Fairfield service. Early morning drop off was very busy and I was in and out with my loaner car in just minutes. My service advisor Rob Joseph went through everything about my car in detail and had it ready by the time I requested. Based on my repeated positive experiences manager John Anderson is running an efficient service department, would recommend to anyone.
