Robert Furtunato is the best car specialist that I have ever worked with. I have been a BMW and Saab connoisseur. Rob went above and beyond to satisfy all of our questions and is very knowlegable in Audi brand. He expedited delivery of our new vehicle and spent New Years Eve thoroughly explaining and demonstrating all the many features of our new vehicle. He was patient and enjoyable to work with. He took me out on the road and by the time we got back I was sold. I absolutely love my Audi 3 s line. Every time I drive it immediately puts me in a great mood😎
Had my car go in for a recall. Staff was professional and knowledgeable and so helpful. They got my car right in and out. Ron was my service advisor and he was better than excellent. Took the time to show me how to set things on my car. Showed me to a very comfortable waiting area which was supplied with snacks and drinks. They also washed the car when finished with it. They deserve a 10+ rating and that’s what I give them
