Had a terrific experience at Audi of Chattanooga today. Channel and Arleen took great care in ensuring that happened. They went the extra mile to ensure a pleasant and confident buying experience. Definitely a no-nonsense operation
This place is the worst. Service center will never answer the phone or call you back. If you manage to talk to someone often they’ll say to expect to wait a month for your car due to not having a part or having too many outstanding cars in service. But if you want to buy one of their cars there’s 6 people sitting up front ready to take your money or get you into a bad car loan
I’ve had an Audi for several years and the service department had been great. When I decided to purchase a new Audi, the sales team was great to work with.
