Bought my first car here, happy to be part of Audi Chattanooga. They got my back I don't have to worry.
I bought a 2020 S5 last month, I didn't test the Bluetooth because one would assume that works in a 4 year old Audi, it didn't. It took 3 roundtrips and was a hassle but they did take care of that issue! There is a wobble at 80, had the tires balanced and turns out the tires are dated 2017 (that makes them 8 years old), the car is a 2020 that was sold new at this dealer and serviced exclusively at Audi Chattanooga over its life. TERRIBLE Customer service, specifically from Court, who is rude and unwilling to be an advocate for customers and their issues. I have a 2017 Audi A4, with an issue triggering the airbag light, which they failed to resolve in a previous recall service. They didn't identify the issue properly and reset the light, telling me everything is fine, only for it to return later. They then told me it's related to the "seat belt buckle assembly" and want to charge me $500 for a fix. Will not be purchasing another Audi solely because o... read more
