We had an outstanding experience with representative Erick Stilley, Brand specialist Audi Charlotte. We recently bought a new Audi Q5 and it developed a problem. He paid full attention to our/customer complaint. He assured us that he would try to get the problem resolved. He did resolve the problem. He also walked us through the Audi Q5 feature. Can't say enough wonderful things about Angel. She was transparent and timely in corresponding. The whole process was smooth. If you're visiting Audi of Charlotte, ask her Angel!
