Gary Heckman in the service dept. was very attentive and professional when my A6 overheated on a weekend getaway. With no appointment we where in and out of the service dept. within 4 hours with a new thermostat. Couldn't be more grateful to Gary Heckman and the service dept. Thank you all and happy summer.
Never have I experienced the level of service Greg Heckman has provided me with my last two Q5's. there are numerous Audi dealers, but it is because the faith I have in Greg that causes me to keep returning to Napleton's (5 cars and counting). There is never a hassle or an excuse when I need to arrange service and never have I needed to return because the service was not completed 100%.
I am so impressed with the Audi service especially Gary Heckman. Time and time again he worked around my busy schedule to accommodate me. He is the example that dealerships should follow when it comes to customer service. I'm looking forward to buying another Audi in the future and would recommend Napletons to anyone looking for a dealership that changes how one feels about the no pressure buying experience �
Went in on May 11th to check out some cars and walked out with an Audi. Worked with Justin Reid who is the best, very patient, informative and went above and beyond. Everyone there is great, Dan, Larry..... It was my 1st time buying a car there but I will always buy from them. Thank you guys!
