What more can I say about Charlie Kall! I decided to stop in one night and just look at the new Audi A5 Cabriolet. Charlie took his time explaining things, showing me all the different features and being very patient with me. I never felt pressured one time and felt like I was dealing with someone I have known forever! I am so happy I stopped in that night and Charlie was able to get me into my new Audi A5! I know we will be returning for our next purchase!
