Don’t waste your time. Jacob does not do his job properly. My name is now listed on false documents that I never signed and now have to clear my name.
I don't know how this place got any good reviews. I do not have any clue where they got those photos. But my friend's apartment is disgusting. It was never cleaned when they first moved in. The people that are rude. Just awful. They have had so many floods and they don't do anything about it or help them clean it up. I don't care about people parking in the handicap that aren't handicapped and don't enforce it. No one wants to call the police for a handicap parking permit violation
I do not recommend. From the time I moved in here almost two years ago it’s been hell. I had a mold problem for monthssssss they kept it like that & ain’t change it until I said I was gonna call corporate. They didn’t fix the full mold issue either at that point. They take forever to fix things they just now for a month or two have been fixing little stuff but ultimately nothing is done all the way! My text messages are ignored most of the time. To whom it may concern Jacob Schur is doing what Most property managers supposed to do is keep up with their property. Make sure everything is fixed so so far. He's been doing that and I like that. And he also came to check on me when I had my surgery to make sure I was fine. Because he haven't seen me in a while so I like that too for us. The manager to check on his tenets to see if they're OK. Other than that everything is fine he's doing a good job 👏
