We love Dr Kinney and Dr Ortiz! The girls at the desk are awesome too! They have always taken the BEST care of our animals. I recommend this office to everyone I know, because they truly care about our furbabies and I trust that they are not just out to make money. When a new allergy med came out I was contacted and told they thought of us right away, because our Boston has always had such major skin issues. I wouldnt bring my most prized possessions anywhere else.
Easted lots of money and time here with all 3 of our pets. Yes it's cheaper than other vets but you'll have to keep going back and spending more money so not even worth it! Horrendous and rude front office staff. Glad I listened to my gut and brought my dog to a much better vet because his "growing pains" he was diagnosed with at Auburn Animal Center were in fact elbow dysplasia he had surgery on. Don't waste your time or money!!!
I BROUGHT MY PARROT SAMMIE THERE TODAY WHILE THEY DID AN AWESOM JOB WITH HER NAIL, WING AND BEAK I WAS VERY DISAPOINTED. I WAS QUATED 50.00 ON THE PHONE WHEN I MADE MY APT. AND THEY CHARGED ME 60.00... THEY ALSO SAID PRICES WENT UP IN DECEMBER SO, I WAS TOLD 50.00 AND THAT SHOULD OF BEEN HONERED. INSTEAD THE GIRL TELLS ME NEXT TIME GET THE PERSONS NAME WHO QUATED YOU, REALLY ???? I FEEL THEY OVERCHARGED ME AND SHOULD GIVE ME 10.OO BACK ….
Everyone here is well skilled in the treatment of our furry family members but more importantly they are compassionate and caring. They really understand the importance these critters play in our lives and strive to provide the best care possible.
Dr. Kinney is awesome and really cares about animals. The staff is also very friendly and offers great customer service.
Front staff very unfriendly and difficult.
