RecommendedThe doctors as well as staff have been helpful with both of our pets. Dr Ortiz even sent us a sympathy card with a hand written note after we had to put our dog down. Now with our cat they have gone above and beyond trying to help us find answers
maybe get your patients in when they tell you their dog is dying!!
Doc. Ortiz (sp?) is very nice and personable. However the covid system, although they may be doing their best, was horrible. Half hour sitting in a hot car or having to let the car run for the AC. No shade and the fact that at least one of us could not go in with the dog....BS. My dog refused to let the tech walk him in. I had to go to the door and when he got inside I watched the tech drag him across the floor.
