The friendliness of the staff left with Dr. Kinney. We will be finding a different regular vet. We have been with Auburn Animal Center since he changed from Poland and he is the only reason we went here. They turned down my very sick pup and were very rude in the process
Wow, just literally called to see if you guys were taking in any new animals and was told “ No one of our vets actually left so we are not taking anymore animals and was hung up On” Awesome guys 👍🏼
Refusing sick animals because your closing shows you don't care about them, the Rottweiler you turned down just passed away.
A friend brought her gorgeous Rottie here in obvious distress.She was turned away because the vet was closing for the day.( They were clients of AAC.)Perhaps they need to close for good! Any vet who would turn away a pet in obvious distress should not be a vet! Her dog died that same day at a vet who actually took the time to see them.You all should be ashamed of yourself.I thank God I have vets who care. I am in total disbelief. Hope you had a wonderful evening while one of your patients was dying elsewhere.
RecommendedDr. Kinny and his staff work so hard from open to close they are none stop. They put love and attention into every pet that is seen there. I cannot begin to express the gratitude I have for him and his staff. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you do.
