very poor communication!! poor customer service! appt. in may 2019 ...7 months later was told my dog was pos. with lyme ! 7 months!! they blamed it on office staff!! if you love your pet find another vet!!!

Dr Ortiz is very patient having to wrestle my 67 lb pitbull to get her nails clipped, I would never be able to do it myself. She is a friendly Dr and answers any questions
Dr. Ortiz and Hannah were wonderful with my anxious and scared dog, Bowser. We had our best experience so far at a vet's office. Thet knew how to handle him and reassured him the best they could. ♡ They are wonderful!
Had my first trip in today with my chinchilla, Charles. The secretaries were very plesent and friendly. The veterinarian was very nice and was very gentle with my chinchilla. They were very honest and ended up recommending us to another vet that specalizes more in chinchilla dental. I have an appointment next week for my cats and I'm happy knowing they will be in good care!

Been going here for almost 8 years and will not be going back any more. Staff has become rude. Lucky if the phone gets answered. Booked out months at a time, and the prices have sky rocketed. Pay full price for half @ss service which requires bringing the pet back for multiple trips. I asked for recommendations on any local groomers and got a snotty reply.✌️
Wow, never again. I have been going to Auburn Animal for years, lots if time a couple times a week and weekly as I do rescue. I went in today to get Dasaquin. Walked in and the new manager was training a new employee. I have never been treated with so much disrespect and rudeness. I walked out! Will never go there again. Thank God Dr. Kinney is not far away. Can't see this place staying opened for long. Shame on you!
So thankful for the staff here.
